Ready to Train With Intention

At Fitness & Aquatic Solutions, training is never random. Our work is built around swimmer safety, movement quality, and long-term athletic development — not quick fixes or generic programs. Whether you’re a swim team seeking structured dryland systems or a swimmer navigating pain, imbalance, or overuse, our approach starts with understanding how the body moves before adding load or intensity.

What Sets Our Systems Apart?

  • Safety-First Design

All frameworks prioritize joint integrity, movement efficiency, and injury-risk reduction across training phases.

  • Assessment-Driven Structure

Programming decisions are guided by movement patterns, stroke demands, and common overuse risks in swimmers.

  • Stroke-Specific Frameworks

Systems are built around the biomechanical demands of each stroke — not one-size-fits-all templates.

  • Built for Long-Term Development

Designed to support longevity, consistency, and sustainable performance in the water.

How to Get Started

Let’s Get In Touch First

You can begin in one of the following ways, depending on your needs:

  • Individual swimmers experiencing pain, overuse, or movement limitations may purchase a Virtual Stroke Diagnostic, designed to identify injury risk, movement inefficiencies, and corrective priorities.

  • Swim teams or programs seeking structured, safety-first dryland systems may submit an inquiry to explore access to our digital performance and injury-prevention frameworks.

  • Parents may:

    • enroll their swimmer in private or group swim lessons, or

    • book professional lifeguard services for events, private parties, or supervised aquatic activities.

Each pathway is designed to ensure swimmer safety, appropriate placement, and clear service boundaries.

Hi! I'm Sophia! I’m the founder of Fitness & Aquatic Solutions and a lifelong competitive swimmer with over a decade of experience across swim instruction, aquatic safety, and performance-based training.

My work is built around one core principle: every swimmer deserves to move and train safely — whether they’re learning the basics, managing pain or overuse, or training at a competitive level.

Through Fitness & Aquatic Solutions, I provide:

  • Swim lessons and professional lifeguard services for families and aquatic environments,

  • Virtual stroke diagnostics for swimmers experiencing pain, overuse, or movement inefficiencies,

  • Digital performance and safety frameworks for swim teams seeking structured, injury-aware dryland systems.

Each service is intentionally designed with clear boundaries. Lessons and lifeguarding focus on safety and skill development, diagnostics provide education and movement insight, and team frameworks support coaches through structured programming — not live coaching.

My goal is to create safe, effective aquatic systems that swimmers, families, and teams can trust.
